Any work we carry out for you will be discussed, in detail you will be able to fully digest and make sense of, in the initial site visit. When you understand what we are doing fully, that makes everything straight forward all around.

We keep it simple from site visit to completion. We will pop around for a site inspection that normally will last from around twenty minutes for a simple, smaller job right through to around an hour for larger, or more involved project that requires detailed discussion.

Site inspection complete, we will give you an indication of cost on the day – we keep it simple and honest as our sash window prices are fixed and published in advance. We will go away with our notes and make a full written quote outlining costs and how long we think the installation will take.

If you approve the quote we will request deposit, payable via cheque, transfer, or credit/debit card and set a date for installation. We then arrive, carry out the works as agreed, and on completion will go through the work carried out with you so that you know exactly where you are.
